Ali Barhoum (علي برهوم) is a member of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza in charge of water and municipal affairs.
He was previously in charge of solid waste management in Khan Younis and Rafah. Before that, he was the general director of Rafah municipality. He has also worked as a consultant for the local government sector.
Barhoum has an MA in public health from Al-Quds University.
