Raed Saad (رائد سعد), born in 1972, is a member of the Military Council of Hamas‘s Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades. Saad serves as the head of the operations and production departments in the Qassam Brigades. He was previously head of the group’s armed brigade in Gaza City.
