Raed Saad (رائد سعد), born in 1972, was a member of the Military Council of Hamas‘s Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades. Saad served as the head of the operations and production departments in the Qassam Brigades. He was previously head of the group’s armed brigade in Gaza City. He was assassinated by Israel in December 2025 in a breach of the ceasefire deal agreed with Hamas.
