‘Strike Force Against Terror’ is an Israeli-backed armed group with around 100 fighters based in Qizan an-Najjar (between Khan Younes and Rafah). It is led by Hussam al-Astal, a former member of the Palestinian Authority‘s security forces, and is opposed to Hamas.
