Rami Tawfiq Helles (رامي توفيق حلس) is a supporter of Palestinian Authority president and Fatah chairman Mahmoud Abbas. Helles has been suggested as commissioner for religious affairs in the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza but has not yet been approved.
