Jabr al-Daour (Education)
Jabr al-Daour (جبر الداعور) is commissioner for education in the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza.
Daour has been president of the University of Palestine in Gaza City since 2022 where he teaches accounting. Prior to this, he was deputy president for finances and administration at al-Azhar University – widely considered the chief centre of Islamic and Arabic learning in the world.
He has a PhD in business management from Manchester University.
