Abdallah Kamil (Governor of Tulkarem)

Major General Abdallah Kamil (عبدالله كميل) was born in January 1967 in Qabatiya (near Jenin). He was appointed governor of Tulkarem in January 2025. Before this, he was governor of Salfit (September 2019-January 2025), Tulkarem (January 2014 to December 2014) and Qalqilya (November 2013 to January 2014). Kamil has also held positions as director of the Palestinian Authority‘s General Intelligence Service (GIS) in the governorates of Salfit, Nablus, and Tulkarem.
