Mark Leonard is joined by Marie Dumoulin, the new director of our Wider Europe programme, in her first week on the job, and ECFR Senior policy fellows Gustav Gressel and Kadri Liik to talk about the Russian military build-up on Ukraine´s borders: how serious is the situation? And what should – or shouldn’t – NATO do about it?
