The Washington-based Pew Research Center released the results of a public opinion survey assessing degrees of nativism in 10 EU countries, including the UK. The survey's results assess public views of Muslims and refugees and look at how the increasing cultural and ethnic diversity is being seen and what determines a person's national identity. Bruce Stokes, director of global economic attitudes at the Pew Research Center, and Mark Leonard, founder and director of ECFR, discuss to what extent these findings can help us understand the results of the referendum on the UK membership of the EU. Chair: ECFR Research Director Jeremy Shapiro.
