Marlene Riedel was a communications officer at the European Council on Foreign Relations, based in the Berlin office. Prior to joining ECFR in September 2019, Riedel worked as a PR consultant at Scholz&Friends in Berlin and in the press department of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) Secretariat in Stockholm.
Riedel holds a BA in theatre studies and media and communication studies from the Free University of Berlin, and an MA in European Studies from the European University “Viadrina” in Frankfurt (Oder).
