Biography
Konstantin Roguelov is head of accounting at the European Council on Foreign Relations, based in the Sofia office. He is responsible for managing the financial health of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting decision-making processes through the provision of financial information.
Before joining ECFR, Roguelov spent eight years working in accounts payable at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a senior assistant, team leader, and then manager. In his most recent role as a manager, he oversaw the work of the accounts payable department of the French business unit of the organisation.
Roguelov holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in international trade and globalisation from Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1), France.
