Gabrielė Valodskaitė is the Wider Europe programme assistant based in the Berlin office of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
Prior to joining ECFR, she was a research assistant at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, working on projects examining the EU’s asylum and migration policy. She was also a Schuman trainee at the Directorate-General for Communication at the European Parliament. Before that, she was a communications intern at ECFR.
Valodskaite holds an MSc in European and international governance from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a BA in European studies from Maastricht University.
Her research interests include EU external relations, as well as migration and asylum policies.
