Flora Bell

Flora Bell is an editor at the European Council on Foreign Relations, based in the Berlin office. Before joining ECFR in December 2022, she was an editor at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in Berlin. Previously, Bell worked as a translator and as a research assistant at Leiden University.

She has a BA in French and German from the University of Bristol and an MA in international relations from Leiden University, Netherlands.
