Biography
Constance Victor is the Paris office assistant at the European Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, she was an intern at the ECFR Paris office and for the Kosciuszko Institute think-tank in Poland. She has also worked as a conflict risk analyst for a consultancy firm.
Victor holds a BA in political science and an MA in nationalism and ethnic conflict studies from Leiden University in the Hague, Netherlands. She also holds an MA in conflict resolution in divided societies from King’s College London, UK.
