The European Council on Foreign Relations’ Sofia office is delighted to invite you to participate in a public event: “The Role of Germany in Europe in times of war: Potential for the German-Bulgarian cooperation”.
The discussion will be held in English.

We will discuss Germany’s role in Europe and will reflect on how the new European order is viewed in Berlin. We will then zoom into the Black Sea security situation, the potential of German-Bulgarian cooperation and the mechanisms through which Berlin and Sofia can work together to address the economic, security, and energy crises.
