We will discuss Germany’s role in Europe and will reflect on how the new European order is viewed in Berlin. We will then zoom into the Black Sea security situation, the potential of German-Bulgarian cooperation and the mechanisms through which Berlin and Sofia can work together to address the economic, security, and energy crises.
