EU in the Era of Global Confrontation? European Foreign Policy Scorecard 2015

The Scorecard is a tool that provides a systematic assessment of Europe’s performance in dealing with the rest of the world. It measures the performance of the 28 member states and the EU institutions on 65 policy areas arranged around six key themes and regions: China; Russia; USA, Wider Europe; MENA and multilateral issues and crisis management.

This year the Minister of Foreign Affairs Daniel Mitov discussed the Bulgarian perspective in the European foreign policy. Piotr Buras, the Head of ECFR Warsaw analyzed the Polish and German foreign policy initiatives throughout the last year. The results of the “Scorecard” was presented by Vessela Tcherneva, Head of Wider Europe Programme in ECFR.
