Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif at ECFR

On the occassion of the Syria donor conference in London on 4 February 2016, the Iranian Foreign Minister Dr Javad Zarif was at ECFR's London office. He spoke on the Syrian conflict, notably how best to de-escalate the ongoing crisis and the appropriate means of confronting the threat posed by ISIS and extremism.
