In search for common strategies for achieving European energy security, the European Council on Foreign Relations and the Centre for European Reform organized an international roundtable, which was supported of the Swedish EU Presidency. It addressed both the internal dimension of energy security, with a focus on making the EU gas market more resilient, and the external dimension, with particular emphasis on the southern corridor. The conference brought together a selected group of officials from EU member-states and the European institutions, as well as energy business executives, think-tankers and other energy experts.
