EUROPEAN FOREIGN POLICY SCORECARD 2015

Latvia

Latvia was a leader five times in 2014, twice more than in 2013. It focused mainly on promoting a firm Russia policy, and protecting the European choice in the Eastern Neighbourhood, but also increased its overall aid levels as a proportion of GDP.
