EUROPEAN FOREIGN POLICY SCORECARD 2014

Italy

Italy has punched below its weight in previous years but made a remarkable comeback in 2013. It was a “leader” nine times, including on the solar panel case, Russia and Syria, TTIP, enlargement negotiations in Wider Europe, security in the MENA region and aid for Syria and Somalia.
