Mahmoud Abu Mouis
Dr Mahmoud Abu Mouis (محمود أبو مويس) was the minister for higher education in the Palestinian Authority government of Mohammad Shtayyeh, formed in April 2019. He is a professor at the American University-Jenin where he teaches medicine. He was previously president of the university.
