Marisa Figueroa is the Programs Coordinator for the ECFR Madrid office. She joined ECFR Madrid as a Junior Researcher & Administrative Assistant in November 2008. Previously, she spent five years at the Elcano Royal Institute, a Spanish think tank, as Programme Assistant for several research areas (Europe, Latin-America, Mediterranean and Arab World, International Economy and Trade, International Cooperation and Development, Demography, Population and International Migrations and Spanish Language and Culture). She also worked on multimedia projects on international-related topics in Spain.
Marisa studied Political Science at Universidad Católica de Córdoba (Argentina) and completed a Master's degree in International Relations at Escuela Diplomática (Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain) and Universidad Complutense. She speaks Spanish and English.
