Khaled al-Osaily
Khaled al-Osaily (خالد العسيلي), born in Hebron in 1947, was the minister of national economy in the Palestinian Authority government of Mohammad Shtayyeh, formed in April 2019. He is a Palestinian businessman and helped establish the Palestine Telecommunications Company (Paltel) in 1996 and the Arab Palestinian Investment Company in 1994. He has been a member of the Palestinian National Council since 1995.
