Imad Aqel
Imad Aqel (عماد عقل) is a member of the Military Council of Hamas‘s Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades and reportedly the head of the group’s military intelligence.
Aqel was previously head of the Brigades’ Rear Echelon staff. His son was killed by Israel after the 7 October 2023 attacks against Israel.
