Ibrahim Milhim (ابراهيم ملحم) is a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC). He was the official spokesman for the Palestinian Authority government of Mohammad Shtayyeh formed in 2019. Milhim previously worked as a Palestinian journalist and as the director of the Palestinian Prisoners Association.
