Member of ECFR’s European Security Initiative's Wartime Economy Task Force
Biography
Mustafa Nayyem is a member of ECFR’s European Security Initiative’s Wartime Economy Task Force. He is a former senior anti-corruption and reconstruction adviser for the Pro-Integrity programme. He previously also served as the deputy minister of infrastructure of Ukraine from 2021-2024 as well as the head of the Ukrainian State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development from 2023-2024.
