Miguel Ferrer works at the intersection of technology, regulation and European public policy. He advises innovative companies—with a particular commitment to emerging European technology firms—on shaping their institutional agenda and public engagement across the EU, and in designing co-governance mechanisms with national governments and EU institutions. His analytical work focuses on the political and economic dynamics of the EU and Spain, with emphasis on the governance of tech and digital business. He is also interested in Europe’s capacity to develop coherent policy frameworks that strengthen its innovation ecosystem and technological capabilities.
Ferrer is co-founder of Dinamo, a startup that leverages tech to improve organisational competitiveness. He is a senior adviser to the Spanish Digital Economy Association (Adigital) and part of the “Los 100” of private non-profit organisation Fundación COTEC, which promotes innovation as an engine of economic and social development.
