Biography
Magdalena Parapanova is the Sofia Office and Programme Coordinator at the European Council on Foreign Relations.
Prior to joining ECFR in November 2022, she worked as a Schuman trainee at the European Parliament in Sofia and as an assistant at the Bilateral EU Cooperation department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Parapanova holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy, and Bachelor’s degree in Italian philology. She also has a pedagogy certificate and experience as a teacher for young kids.
