Biography
Hussein Dawood was a visiting fellow with the Middle East and North Africa programme at the European Council on Foreign Relations. His work focuses on the political situation in Iraq.
Dawood has previously written articles on Iraqi political and security affairs for Niqash (Berlin), Alhayat (Beirut), Iraqi Media House, Emirates Policy Center (EPC) and Al-Mada (Baghdad). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Baghdad University.
