Alexia Gouttebroze is the advocacy and campaigns manager at the European Council on Foreign Relations, based in the London office.
She monitors British foreign policy and is responsible for ECFR’s outreach and networks in the UK. She also works on ECFR’s flagship priorities and supports the organisation’s programmes and offices in their advocacy. Between 2022 and 2024, she worked at the British Council as project manager for the EU-ECOWAS scholarship programme for sustainable energy in Senegal. In 2018, she was vice consul at the British embassy in Myanmar for the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
Gouttebroze holds a master’s in European institutions and policymaking from Lancaster University.
