Alexia Gouttebroze

Alexia Gouttebroze is advocacy and campaigns manager at the European Council on Foreign Relations.

Between March 2022 and April 2024, she worked as project manager for the EU-ECOWAS scholarship programme for sustainable energy at the British Council in Senegal. She was also vice consul at the British Embassy in Myanmar in 2018. Gouttebroze holds a masters in European institutions and policymaking from Lancaster University.
