Alexia Gouttebroze was a development manager at the European Council on Foreign Relations. She mainly focuses on French and British partnerships, as well as the European Power programme.
Gouttebroze used to work for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as well as the Eurostep think tank. She holds a Masters in European Institutions and Policy-Making from Lancaster University.
