The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Libya says his goal is to get the country's two governments -- one in Tripoli, one in Tobruk -- to agree to a government of national unity. Martin Kobler says this roadmap could be announced in the coming days. His statement came after 92 members of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives endorsed a UN-brokered political agreement.
