China's labour camps become 're-education centres'

Last November, Beijing announced the closure of its infamous labour camps in which anyone could be detained for up to 4 years without any trial. China has now officially closed all its camps, but they have been replaced by re-education centres, and in some of them, forced labour is still practised. So has anything really changed?
