Gressel: Crystal Clear Russia is Behind Navalny Poisoning

Gustav Gressel, senior policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations, discussed how Germany's government is under pressure to co-ordinate sanctions on Russia and drop the Nord Stream 2 pipeline with Daybreak Europe Matt Miller and Anna Edwards. He says it is clear the Russian government was behind the poisoning of Navalny but we will not get an explanation from the Kremlin.
