Linas Linkevičius has been Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania since December 2012. Before that, he served as the Permanent Representative to NATO from 2005 until 2011 and twice as Minister of National Defence.
Mark Leonard is Director at ECFR and co-author of The New European Disorder.
