Linas Linkevičius, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lithuania
Mark Leonard, Director, ECFR
The crisis in Ukraine and Russia's annexation of Crimea have changed both the geopolitical landscape in Europe's Eastern neighbourhood and undermined the rules-based international system. How can the European Union, Ukraine and Russia find a political settlement to the conflict? How has the Eastern Partnership been affected and where does it go from here?
Linas Linkevičius has been Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania since December 2012. Before that, he served as the Permanent Representative to NATO from 2005 until 2011 and twice as Minister of National Defence.
Mark Leonard is Director at ECFR and co-author of The New European Disorder.
