In less than a hundred days, Europeans will go to the polls to elect a new European Parliament.  But since the last elections in 2009, Euroscepticism has spread across the continent like a virus. So will the Eurosceptics take over? And will the mainstream parties form a ‘Europe Cartel’ in response – and thereby lose the ability to articulate real differences about the future direction of Europe? At this discussion, the heads of ECFR offices will present the views from five European countries in which Eurosceptic parties are expected to do well.
