Scorecard launch event at Brookings

Yesterday, the Brookings Institution in Washington DC held a special event on ECFR's European Foreign Policy Scorecard, entitled "Europe as a great power?"

Panelists included Mark Leonard, Director of ECFR; Marta Dassù of the Aspen Institute Italia; Steven Erlanger of The New York Times and Charles Grant of the Center for European Reform.
