Wie kann Europa neue Anreize schaffen um Regierungen und Bürger von europäischen Lösungen für die Reform von Politik, Wirtschaft und der europäischen Institutionen zu überzeugen?
On the 20th of April, in the wonderful surroundings of Villa Madama in Rome, ECFR held a successful Italian launch event for the European Foreign Policy Scorecard 2010, the first systematic annual evaluation of the EU’s foreign policy performance. The Scorecard was made possible by the generous support of Compagnia di San Paolo.
Mark Leonard, ECFR’s director, presented the main findings of the Scorecard while Nicolò Russo Perez, Programme Manager at Compagnia di San Paolo, highlighted the importance of its partnership with ECFR. Two former Prime Ministers of Italy, Massimo D’Alema and Giuliano Amato, who are both ECFR Council members, commented on the Scorecard’s results and its future challenges.
