ECFR wins Prospect magazine's award for best foreign policy think tank

ECFR has won the award for “best UK-based think tank of the year dealing with non-UK affairs” from Prospect magazine (despite not being solely 'UK-based'). The judges said that 'special credit was given to ECFR's power audits resulting in audits of EU-US and EU-UN relations and its work on international crisis management'.

The award came on the eve of ECFR's annual Council Meeting, which this year was held in the European Parliament in Brussels. Highlights included a session on how other EU members should deal with a resurgent Germany, and a 'fireside chat' with Catherine Ashton.
