ECFR’s Madrid office hosted a series of meetings to discuss the German role in Europe last 23 February 2011 in Madrid. Ulrike Guérot, senior policy fellow and head of ECFR’s Berlin Office, talked about how European is the new Germany with journalists from the main Spanish newspapers during a media lunch; and with people from the academia, think tanks and government in a seminar sponsored by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.
