Black Coffee Morning: Iraq and the Arab Spring

ECFR London this morning held a Black Coffee Morning on the subject of 'Iraq and the Arab Spring,' featuring guest speakers Emma Sky, Resident Fellow at Harvard University and former political advisor to General Petraeus, and Irfan Siddiq, Head of the Arab Partnership Department at the UK Foreign Office.
