The ICJ will deliver its opinion on the legality of Kosovo's independence on Thursday 22nd July: ECFR experts are available for interviews and analysis

On 22^nd July the International Court of Justice will give its advisory opinion on the legality under international law of Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence.

The United Nations General Assembly requested the opinion in the autumn of 2008 after Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence from Serbia in February of the same year.
